We maintain offices in both Dallas as well as Boulder, positions may be available at either location.

Yes, certain positions may be eligible for Remote Work. We have taken the time and effort to make sure both in office and remote workers have full access to the systems they need to get the job done.

This depends highly on the position you hold at Initech Roofing. Some positions such as “Project Foreman” may entail full time travelling, however we strive to keep things local and will do our best to keep you at minimum a short drive from home. Office staff can expect little to no required travel.
